Porcine Mushrooms Tagliolina with Salami Recipe

Ingredients (serves for 3 people)

250 g of porcine mushrooms TagliolinaLe Delizie di nonno Gino
100 g of chopped and soft salami
50 g of grated cheese
40 g of butter
1/2 dl of dry white wine
1 tablespoon of tomato sauce
salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

In a skillet, brown the salami in butter, sprinkle with the wine and let it evaporate, add sauce, salt, pepper and cook for about 5 minutes. Cook the pasta in salted water and drain the pasta al dente, pour into the pan, add the cheese, stir on the fire and serve hot.
