The grapes grown during the year are harvested and taken to the cellar for the conversion of the must into wine. Grape harvest requires an important work full of knowledge and time; lack of soil and optimum climatic conditions, based on a millennial wine experience. The planting of a vineyard requires areas with mild winters and not particularly rigid. The best time for the plant is end October.
The ritual of vintage has a great historical and anthropological value, it is a real annual event of work and social sharing in the territory.
